We are excited to welcome you to the Wave of the Future! Come "Get Lucky" at this year's Tidal Wave Weekend at the Holiday Inn Orlando - Disney Springs Area, from Thursday, June 1 through Sunday, June 4! We have once again secured the entire 325-room property for our annual weekend blow-out party, this year featuring not only our amazing line up of DJ's and pool parties, but a live Vegas-style knock-down, drag-out battle royale between three of our favorite contestants from RuPaul's Drag Race, Bob the Drag Queen, Alaska Thunderfuck and Ginger Minj!

Also new this year, immediately following the show on Friday, will be Double or Nothing, an after-hours party spectacular featuring Fort Lauderdale DJ Doug Jackson!

On Saturday night poolside, don't miss a special performance by Martha Wash, the Original Weather Girl!


TICKETING

As most of you are aware, Wet 'n Wild is closing it's doors at the end of 2016. But we intend to keep the party rocking at our great host venue, the Holiday Inn Orlando - Disney Springs Area!

This year's base ticket package, at only $60, is a $30 savings compared to last year's $90 ticket to Wet 'n Wild. All our other events are optional. You only pay for what you want!

CRAFT BEER TASTING - $40

Thursday, 8pm-10pm. Join us for our second annual Craft Beer Tasting Event. Enjoy a sampling of craft beers from Florida and the world over. As a bonus, view two different spectacular Disney fireworks displays from the Suite on the top floor of the Holiday Inn! Last year's event sold out in a matter of days, so sign up early! Specific selections will be announced closer to the event. All profits from this event will be donated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central Florida.


WINE & CHEESE TASTING - $40

Saturday, 8pm-10pm. Join us for a sampling of specialty cheese, charcuterie and accompaniments expertly paired with a selection of fine wines. Learn some entertaining tips and tricks from your host, Cheese Connoisseur and Key Accounts Manager of ANCO Fine Cheese, Kris Keyes. As a bonus, view two different spectacular Disney fireworks displays from the Suite on the top floor of the Holiday Inn! Specific selections will be announced closer to the event. DISNEY DINING AT DISNEY'S WHISPERING CANYON - $45*

Thursday, 5pm - For a rowdy, rootin’ tootin’ good time, round up the whole family for hearty western fare and antics aplenty. Come sink your teeth into the all-you-care-to-enjoy Family Platter, a suppertime-exclusive featuring chicken, sausage, ribs and lip-smackin’ cowboy sides. Be adventurous and ask your server for ketchup!


DISNEY DINING AT DISNEY'S SUPERCALIFRAGILISTIC BREAKFAST - $35*

Friday, 8:00am - Join favorite Disney Friends for this fabulously festive, all-you-care-to-enjoy breakfast buffet! “Popp in” for custom-made omelets, fluffy mini pancakes, Mickey-shaped waffles, carved ham and more. Guests may meet such Disney Characters as Mary Poppins, Alice in Wonderland, The Mad Hatter, Tigger and Winnie the Pooh! And don’t miss Big Bertha, a turn-of-the-century, fancifully designed organ from France!


DISNEY DINING AT DISNEY'S 'OHANA - $55*

Saturday, 5:00pm - The call of a conch shell welcomes you to an evening of Hawaiian-flavored specialties, storytelling and games. Join us for our most popular Dining event at Disney's 'Ohana, which means "Family" in Hawaiian. Servers dash between tikis and tropical greenery to bring skewers of sweet and sour chicken, oak-grilled shrimp and steak to your table, as well as dumplings, stir-fried vegetables, lo mein noodles and salad. Trust and believe...you will not leave hungry!

*All our Disney Dining options are quite popular and tend to sell out quickly, so plan early! Please note you DO NOT need to purchase tickets to any of the Disney parks to attend the dinners. Dining locations are in resorts, not the theme parks.

We have secured a block of rooms at our overflow hotel, the Best Western at Lake Buena Vista - Disney Springs Area. Our guaranteed group rates are as follows:

To book your rooms in our block, you must first purchase one of our ticket packages. Once your transaction is complete, you will receive the on-line booking link.

HOST HOTEL:

Please note, you must reserve a minimum of three nights, and must include Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Hotel rates are as follows:

All reservations must be accompanied by a major credit card. Two one-night deposits will be collected, the first night will be charged on-or-about March 6, 2017; the second night will be charged on-or-about May 1, 2017. In the event of cancellations, these deposits will be returned as long as the room is filled within 72 hours of the event.

The pool and patio will open at 11am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Wristbands provided at the time of registration must be worn at all times.

Check-in begins at 4:00pm and checkout time is 11:00am. Upon request, the Holiday Inn will arrange for baggage storage for attendees' luggage until actual departure from the Hotel. No late check outs will be permitted, even with IHG Rewards Membership.

FAQs

Q: Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

A: All Tidal Wave events are age 21+. Please be sure to have your ID at all times.

Q: How can I book a room at one of your hotels?

A: Once you purchase your registration, you will be provided with an on-line booking link. PLEASE NOTE that unlike past years, there are NO complimentary passes to the pool/patio area. A minimum purchase of a BRONZE ADMISSION is necessary for entrance into the pool/patio area.

Q: What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

A: An overnight parking charge of $12 for self parking or $18 for valet will apply to all guests with vehicles. There is a daily parking fee of $5 for any vehicles parked for more than one hour. Hotel transportation can be arranged through Mears transportation.

Q: What is the refund policy?

A: Refunds will be granted up until Sunday, April 30, 2017. Please allow up to 30 days processing. If you must cancel after the April 30 deadline, we will extend credit towards the 2018 event.

Q: What can/can't I bring to the event?

A: All guests who register for Tidal Wave will be provided a specific colored wristband, which will entitle them to bring one (1) outside beverage per person into the pool area. The beverage must be in a plastic/metal container (NO GLASS) and cannot exceed 30 ounces. No outside food is allowed into the pool/patio area.

Organized by

Long time friends and business partners David Biehl and Danny Gallegos formed Tidal Wave Productions, LLC, in 2007, to bring high quality events catering to the Bears, Cubs, Chubs, Chasers and Admirers. Their initial venture, the Tidal Wave Party at Wet 'n Wild - Orlando, quickly grew to host more than 1,000 attendees annually. The Tidal Wave Party has since expanded to become Tidal Wave Weekend, a weekend-long event, now hosted at the Holiday Inn Orlando - Disney Springs Area.
